At Sheneese’s Pieces Fine Art Gallery, we’re proud to offer a creative, art-filled venue designed for celebration, connection, and unforgettable experiences. To maintain the quality and comfort of our space, please review the following rental details and policies.

Perfect for: Baby or Bridal showers, networking events, and community/social gatherings. All events are subject to final gallery owner approval.
We don't do ordinary birthdays or graduations here. We do Creative Celebrations! Birthdays and graduations must incorporate one of our signature experiences - either a Sip n Paint or Splatter Room Experience. This ensures that every celebration reflects the heart of what we do: bringing people together through art, energy and expression. (see Paint party page for pricing and more info)

All other Private approved events (Like bridal/baby showers, community and networking events can be booked as private venue events without requirements of our painting experience)

$200 per hour (4-hour minimum)
Includes access to our 1,500 sq. ft. gallery EVENT space featuring:
- Complimentary alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages
- Cocktail & coffee bar
- High-speed Wi-Fi and 3 Smart TVs
- Patio and VIP lounge area
- House music system
- Rectangle tables/cocktail tables, and addt'l seating for up to approx. 50-60 guests
- Surrounded by original fine art throughout the gallery that completely enhances the aesthetics and energy.

Showers/Networking/Community Mixers/Socials

4 hours

$800*

Includes tables, seating, bar access, house music (you can create your own playlist) small complimentary charcuterie board. *Clean up fee is additional $75 (Time includes Setup and Break down)

6 hours

$1150*

8 hours

$1500*

Approved additional time

$100/hr

Need more than 8 hrs?! With prior notice and approval, at a discounted rate, we can give you more time up to 2-3 hours more. Keep in mind, this does not include the DJ's additional time nor the Security. Again, DJ is optional (house music is available at no additional cost), however, except for clean-up, Security is mandatory.

Additional Event Enhancements/Fees / Policies

Fees, Security, Bartender & DJ Options

Booking deposit (required)*

$200

A security deposit is required to secure your date. This amount will be deducted from your total balance due. Deposit is refundable up until 15 days prior to event. If you cancel within 14 days of your event, the deposit will be forfeited.

Cleaning Fee (required)*

$75

This fee applies to every rental. This covers post-event cleanup, trash removal and resetting the space so every guest enjoys a clean and inspiring gallery experience. This amount will be its own separate line item on the invoice and will be due with balance.

Security (required)*

$50/hr

Our Security company is required. Security is required for 30 or more guests and/or when alcohol will be served. A minimum of 3 hours or the entire time of event (whichever is greater).

Bartender (optional- 3hr minimum)

$200/hr

For our special/private events that request a bartender, we have a certified bartender that we use and suggest. You are welcome to use your own, but we do require proof of proper and valid certifications. We also will require a waiver to be signed by event host when using your own bartender.

DJ (optional-min. 3 hrs.)

$100-$125/hr

We have 2 incredible house DJ's that we use and recommend for our big and private parties. A DJ is optional (house music is available at no additional charge). You can also bring your own DJ (must have their own equipment).

Incidentals & Damages

Our gallery is an active art space filled with original works and curated installations that are available for purchase. Every piece is One of One and cannot be duplicated or replaced. We ask all guests to admire the art — but please do not touch, move, or lean on any pieces.

The event host is responsible for any damage to artwork, furniture, walls, or equipment caused by guests or vendors during the event.
Costs for repairs or replacements will first be deducted from any security deposit we may have collected.
If damages exceed the deposit amount, an invoice for the remaining balance will be issued to the host within 5 business days or less.
