Everything we offer is rooted in purpose—from original artwork to immersive experiences. These terms are designed to protect both your experience and our brand.
Products & Artwork
All artwork sold through Sheneese’s Pieces is original unless otherwise stated.
Each piece is created with intention. Variations in texture, detail, or finish are a natural part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.
Due to the exclusive nature of our work:
- All artwork sales are final
- Limited and wearable art pieces may be made-to-order or small batch
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD.
- Full payment is required at checkout
- Custom and made-to-order items must be prepaid
- Prices are subject to change without notice
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Shipping & Processing
Processing times vary depending on the product.
- Made-to-order items require additional time
- Shipping timelines are determined by the carrier
- We are not responsible for shipping delays once items have been dispatched
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and experiences:
- All sales are final
- No returns or exchanges on artwork, self-care products, or custom items
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
Creative Experiences
(Sip & Paint | Splatter Room | Private Events)
By booking an experience, you agree to the following:
- All bookings are non-refundable
- Rescheduling may be allowed with advance notice at our discretion
- Participation is at your own risk
Our experiences are designed to be immersive, expressive, and memorable.
Private Events
To secure a private event:
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is required
- Final headcount and full payment are due 7 days prior to your event
- Minimum guest requirements must be met
Failure to meet deadlines may result in cancellation.
Splatter Room Policy
Our splatter experience is an interactive creative release.
- Protective gear must be worn at all times
- We are not responsible for damage to personal items
- Guests must follow all safety instructions
Use of Space & Conduct
We take pride in our space and expect all guests to do the same.
- Any damage to artwork, furniture, or property may result in additional charges
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, branding, and content are the property of Sheneese’s Pieces.
- No reproduction, distribution, or resale without written permission
- This includes artwork, wearable designs, and product branding
Lathered in Purpose (Self-Care Products)
Our products are crafted with care using quality ingredients.
- For external use only
- Perform a patch test before use
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs
Sheneese’s Pieces is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products.
Limitation of Liability
Sheneese’s Pieces is not liable for:
- Injuries sustained during experiences
- Allergic reactions to products
- Loss or damage of personal belongings
Participation and product use are at your own discretion.
